You can register for exhibitor badges within the exhibitor portal. Your exhibitor badge will provide you with access to the show outside of opening hours to allow for preparations on your stand. Please do not use the visitor registration system for your badges.

• Submit your interest in attending as a Hosted buyer here. If you meet the criteria to be hosted, the Buyer Team will send you an invitation to register.

• Alternatively, you may receive an invite from IBTM Asia Pacific or one of the many Group Coordinators working with us to join the hosted buyer programme as a guest in a Hosted Buyer group. If so, you will receive a link to register and their specific group code.

• The completed registration will be assessed against the IBTM Asia Pacific qualification criteria.

If you're planning on printing your badge in advance, then please ensure that it is printed in colour.

We will provide badge holders upon arrival.

Press badges are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters, and web bloggers associated with the industry. Please note, if you do not fit the criteria then your application may be rejected - though you will still be welcome to attend as a visitor.
